High school sweethearts, over 20 years of building
Morris Code Beauty® Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Company was founded in 2007 by Altra Morris — President, Licensed Master Paramedical Aesthetician and Cosmetic Laser Practitioner — and her husband, Co-Owner and CEO Mr. Rufus Morris Jr. High school sweethearts and successful entrepreneurs for over 20 years. The Morris family always had a strong desire to help people, and Morris Code Beauty® Skin Care & Body Care Clinics allow them to do that on a daily basis. Rufus and Altra work daily alongside their daughters and a staff of licensed skin care specialists, serving clients of all skin types and all ethnicities in clinic and virtually (by video visits) in over 80 countries. President of the award-winning Morris Code Beauty® Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Company. With more than 18 years in the medical profession and nearly two decades as a licensed advanced aesthetics skin care specialist, Altra brings a strong clinical perspective to complex sensitive skin conditions. She works daily with clients seeking anti-aging and those experiencing sensitivity, reactivity, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, acne-prone skin, barrier concerns, and product intolerances, while collaborating with professional skin care product development chemists to formulate products for highly sensitive skin.

A successful entrepreneur for over 30 years, having owned and operated businesses such as Power 102.1 FM Radio Station and School of the heARTS Film & Music Academy. Mr. Morris has plans to expand the operations of Morris Code Beauty® Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Company to include a School of Advanced Aesthetics to professionally train and certify the next generation of Paramedical Aestheticians and MC® Skin Care Clinic franchisees.

Morris Code Beauty® is looking for licensed Estheticians, Paramedical Aestheticians and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners that have a strong ability to properly assess complex sensitive skin, which is clinically distinct from general skin types with unique triggers and tolerance thresholds, demanding differentiated evaluation and customized care to join our Morris Code Beauty® virtual personalized skin care journey team.
Licensed Specialist perform Morris Code Beauty® Personalized Skin Care Journey virtual consultations and provide MC® Advanced Aesthetics skin care product recommendations designed to support each client's at-home routine, progress, and long-term consistency.
4 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Keep accurate monthly charts and client notes
2) Maintain client photo progress reports in our secure member system
3) Deliver Morris Code Beauty® Advanced Aesthetics' high standard of customer service
4) Support strong client retention and follow-up care
WORK LOCATION FLEXIBILITY
Work from our Kennesaw, Georgia clinic office or work from a quiet place at home while performing virtual consultations. Out-of-state and out-of-country licensed professionals are welcome to apply. We ship to over 80 countries.
